I established Harvey Business Support. I am a commercially focused Finance and Non-Executive Director with significant experience working with banks, private equity firms and a variety of different sized Small Medium Enterprise (SME) businesses.

 

I previously worked at Finance Director level in a multi-international corporate group.

 

For a number of years I have been providing part-time and interim Finance Director services to mainly SMEs, including:

 

• Supporting business strategy;

• Strengthening financial management and control;

• Raising and restructuring finance;

• Supporting the purchase or sale of a business;

• Performing finance due diligence for banks and private equity firms; and

• Strengthening corporate governance and risk management activities.
